About the BC Research Complex
The Delta Recon Research Groups BC Research Complex has been a much needed issue for years. The centre a platform for the massive amounts of research done by the various arms of the Delta Recon Research Group. The complex brings together over fifteen years of Street Level Research that looks at street level dysfunction and how agencies dysfunction together.
The Street Level Research started by Smithers Resident Dale Bulley in 1997 continues today.
Although Dale has since retired from street level operations command an street level itself given his deteriorating health he has continued his research an remains Director of Research of the research group.
Among his accomplishments Dale is changing how the world views autism an neurological disorders.
